Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. The purchase of tickets for skating sessions is strictly subject to the following terms and conditions ("Ticket Terms and Conditions"). Please read these carefully. By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to be bound by these Ticket Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket prices vary. Tickets are sold at the price displayed at the time and point of purchase. All prices and fees include an admission fee of £0.10 any applicable value added tax.
3. Tickets are subject to availability and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
4. For tickets purchased online and by telephone, a Card Handling Fee is payable in addition to the ticket price. This will be notified to you at the time and point of purchase. The card handling fee is charged in consideration for processing your credit/debit card transaction with our bankers.
5. For tickets purchased online and for your records, we recommend that you print your ticket at home.
6. For tickets purchased online or by telephone, proof of age is required to be shown at the point of admission to the rink.
7. Student tickets are only available upon production of valid student photographic identification (one per guest, each showing a clear photograph and applicable expiry date). Please note that for all pre-booked tickets, photographic identifications will be checked before admission to the rink.
8. Guests should check that the details printed on their ticket are correct at the time of booking/collection as tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded at a later stage in the event of any error.
9. By purchasing a ticket you agree to abide by our "Safe Skating Guide".
10. At all times we will endeavour to ensure that sessions are run in accordance with schedules advertised. However, we reserve the right to cancel a session if forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control. Each session is a minimum of 45 minutes and maximum of one hour. If a session is cancelled or its timing altered, the Duty Manager will have the discretion to issue replacement tickets for an alternative session date and time.
11. We reserve the right to amend these Ticket Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.
12. Cambridge On Ice makes no representation, warranty or endorsement as to the accuracy of the information, or other content contained on this web site and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage which may arise from reliance on information or advice contained in this site.
13. You will require a current email address to receive your ticket confirmation.
14. Cambridge On Ice will use the information you provide when requesting information for our internal purposes and will not sell your information or share it with outsiders. We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. We reserve the right to use this information in connection with other Sygma events.

General Admissions Policy

1. Guests must keep personal belongings with them at all times. Cambridge on Ice accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to any personal items brought onto the premises. To enquire about any items of lost property, please speak to the Duty Manager.
2. Antisocial or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises. In the event of a group disturbance, the group will be treated as one and the whole group may be removed from the rink without any entitlement to a refund.
3. Cambridge On Ice is a completely smoke-free environment throughout. Individuals smoking on the premises will be ejected immediately without any entitlement to a refund.
4. Alcohol may not be brought into or consumed on the premises, except that alcohol may be purchased where licensed bar areas are available. Applicable licensing laws shall be strictly enforced. We reserve the right to eject any person(s) who are intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to others, without any entitlement to a refund.
5. No illegal substances may be brought into or taken on the premises. Anyone caught in possession of such substances will be ejected from the premises immediately and may be reported to the police, without any entitlement to a refund.
6. Any persons found in possession of weapons shall be refused entry and/or items may be seized and handed over to the police. Personal items deemed to be a potential risk might be confiscated until the persons in possession of such items leave the premises. We reserve the right to instruct our Security Staff to carry out random searches.
7. Any form of verbal or physical abuse or attack on our employees, agents or other guests will not be tolerated. Whenever possible, we will seek to prosecute individuals or groups who engage in this behaviour.
8. Guests must not engage in any conduct, act towards or speak to any Cambridge On Ice staff, agents or other guests in a manner which may offend, insult, intimidate, threaten, disparage or vilify any person on any basis whatsoever including but not limited to that person's race, gender, religion, colour, descent or national or ethnic origin. Again, whenever possible, we will seek to prosecute individuals who behave in this way on our premises..

9. CCTV monitoring takes place within our premises for the purposes of protecting the Cambridge On Ice employees, guests and property.

10. Without prejudice to any other rights which Cambridge On Ice may have, in the event that a guest or group of guests breaches any of the terms and conditions of this policy, we reserve the right to take all appropriate action to avoid a reoccurrence and/or recouping any costs incurred; including banning such guest(s) from the venue and taking necessary legal action.
